Let’s dance…
Nach einer weiteren langen Busfahrt sind wir wieder ein Land weiter, jetzt also in Kolumbien, genauer gesagt in Cali. Hier hat es tropischeres Klima und die Stadt ist auch für heisse Rythmen bekannt: hier ist Salsa zuhause. Wir haben auch gleich einen Salsakurs im Hostel mitgemacht, aber noch trauen wir uns nicht auf die Tanzfläche. Dafür gab es Abends ein schönes Blueskonzert in einem netten Café. We reached the next country, Colombia, in the city of Cali. It is best known as world capital of Salsa and we took the opportunity to do a short course in the dance studio in the hostel(!). Music is really important to the people here and we got the opportunity to watch a live performance in a nice Café, but of a very different kind of musik that we would not have expected here: Blues.
